Q: When will you ship my order?

Orders are shipped within the week the order is placed! Depending on the volume of orders we receive, it may take 3-5 business days. Pick-ups or same-day deliveries are NOT accepted.

Q: What happened to your sh0p/ee store? Why move here?

I closed my store for the same reasons a lot of artists & small biz closed shop too. Supporting a small business outside of Shopee isn't convenient, but I would appreciate seeing the support continue here. Thanks for understanding!

Q: X item is sold out! What do I do?

The design/merch you are looking for is sold out? I encourage you to check out my MUNI SPACE and see if the same product is available there! 💖🌸

Q: Who is Muni E Cart?

Muni is a one-stop online art marketplace, partnering with numerous amazing artists and have all the art merch you desire delivered in one package to you hassle-free! I have my merch available there, we encourage that you check out their shop and you can get my merch with other artists' merch there too!

Q: Do you ship outside of the Philippines?

Yes, I do! I run an online store (cafhune.com) solely managed by me! Most countries are available for shipping.
